| Home Security Monitoring

The board of directors would like to remind Royal Pines Homeowners that they can set up a home security monitoring account with Atlantic/Westec Security. The way this works is Atlantic/Westec bills our HOA only $12.50/month for each active account, a low package rate. However, since these expenses are billed through the quarterly homeowner assessments, it really results in a lower monthy cost because all active accounts are shared by all.
