2010 Activities managed by the Home Owners Association

bulletApproved resolution to maintain all sidewalk drains in good order and to repair drain at 272 Pinehurst Pointe; had several additional sidewalk-to-curb drains installed where necessary.
 
bulletFountain was cleaned and routine maintenance implemented. Additionally a study to replace the fountain was started

bulletLandscape committee's proposal was approved to increase flower planting on both sides and the center island at the entrance
 
bulletThe board approved sending letters to all properties with home maintenance issues such as mold and mildew
 
bulletNanak replaced over 3,000 sq. ft. of sod damaged by winter freeze
 
bulletEntrance arbor was cleaned and painted
 
bulletBoard approved the landscapes committee's recommendation to replace the existing fountain as opposed to refurbishing. Expected replacement to occur in early 2011 and funded from the Reserve Fund
 
bulletSidewalk pressure washing approved to be done during December 2010. (Delayed till Jan 2011 due to freezing weather)
 
bulletHomeowner fees remain unchanged at $317.52 per quarter for 2011
